環保和創新科技已成為社會發展的主流，如何與物業管理結合至關重要。香港物業創新科技及環保協會於2020年成立，由保安服務、物業管理科技及環保服務供應商組成，旨在提升業界對創新科技及環保的參與，提升香港物業設施的整體水平。協會推廣最新的創新科技和環保技術，鼓勵業界創意應用，提供專業服務。協會亦加強持份者聯繫，與政府部門溝通，並與國際組織合作，推動香港採納創新及環保科技，改善市民生活。我謹代表協會，呼籲業界大力支持，共同打造更強的營商環境，回饋社會。

Environmental protection and innovative technology have become mainstream in societal development, and integrating them with property management is crucial. The Hong Kong Property Innovation and Environmental Protection Association was established in 2020, comprising security services, property management technology, and environmental service providers. The association aims to enhance industry participation in innovative technology and environmental protection, thereby improving the overall standard of property facilities in Hong Kong. It promotes the latest innovations and environmental technologies, encourages creative applications within the industry, and provides professional services. The association also strengthens stakeholder connections, communicates with government departments, and collaborates with international organizations to drive the adoption of innovative and environmental technologies in Hong Kong, improving citizens' quality of life.
